Terms
Spendkit is experimental developer infrastructure for bounded AI Agent payments. The current public environment uses testnet assets.
No custody
Spendkit does not hold a user balance and does not require deposit of funds. Users retain control of their Payment Wallet, which supplies payment tokens. The configured Admin wallet signs Router and Policy changes; the Payment Wallet owner approves its Router allowance.
Your responsibilities
- Protect Dashboard, Runtime and Payment Wallet credentials.
- Review Spending Policy limits, recipient restrictions and Router allowance before signing.
- Verify the network, token, recipient and transaction details shown by your wallet.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to bypass abuse controls or another user's tenant boundary.
AI Agent behavior
LLM/tool selection is not a security guarantee. Spendkit's Router enforces configured onchain rules, but users remain responsible for the Agent software, Payment Wallet, merchants and business logic they choose to run.
Experimental service
The service may change, experience downtime, or contain defects. Do not use the current testnet deployment as a representation that mainnet production readiness, regulatory suitability or independent security review has been completed.
Blockchain finality
Transactions submitted by an Agent Payment Wallet are blockchain transactions. Spendkit cannot reverse a confirmed transfer or erase public chain history.
